Screen Printing

Screen Printing

We have everything from traditional standard plastisol to unique “out of the normal” screen printing box designs to provide you with that custom look!

Print Styles

Level up your printed apparel with our variety of different print styles.

Plastisol

Plastisol Inks

Composed of PVC particles suspended in a plasticizing emulsion. It has been the most common used ink in screen printing because of its durability and vivid color.

Soft Plastisol Inks

Soft Plastisol Inks

Additives (such as “suede ink”) can be added to ‘soften’ the feel of the ink. This is achieved by the ink penetrating deeper into the fabric but it can often reduce the opacity color.

Discharge Printing

Discharge Printing

This process removes dye from the fabric leaving the natural fabric color or replacing it with discharged ink. It creates a much softer texture, but color matching is challenging.

Distressed

Distressed

This is a technique to make the ink look aged or worn. Less ink and thinner ink resulting is a softer feel. It will look like it was washed for years, but without the old stains!

Foil Stamping

Foil Stamping

Foil stamping is a specialty printing process that uses heat, pressure, metal dies and foil film. The foil comes in rolls in a wide assortment of colors and finishes.

Halftones

Halftones

A gradient-like effect is created simulating continuous-tone imagery through the use of dots. The reproduction of an image relies on basic optical illusion!

Metallic INks

Metallic Inks

This process can give your shirts a “wow” factor and spruce up an otherwise simple design. Shine can be considered a design element in itself.

Water Based Inks

Water Based Inks

These are softer inks which are ideal for using darker inks on lighter colored fabrics. Much more specialized then standard Plastisol inks and create a beautiful print on shirts.

CMYK Printing

CMYK Printing

(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key {black}) is widely used to replicate full-color images on a light colored background. The full-color process accurately reproduces the artwork.

Puff Ink Style

Puff Ink Style

The ink literally expands and puffs UP once it’s exposed to heat. It’s created by combining regular plastisol color ink with a puff print additive using a screen applied with pressure.

Transfers

Transfers

Heat transfer is a process in which an image is printed on professional high quality transfer paper. After printing, it is applied with high heat machines for a long lasting print.

Vinyl Numbering and Lettering

Vinyl Numbering & Lettering

Vinyl printing is all about heat transfer. You use a machine to cut out designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the vinyl to it

Reflective Film

Reflective Film

This process reflects any bright light (like headlights). Perfect for anyone looking for high-visibility apparel. This works best for larger areas of print and simplier designs.

Full Sublimations

Full Sublimation

This is a process of printing onto a special sheet of paper and then transferring that image onto fabric. The ink is heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.

Sublimation

Sublimation

Sublimation can be used on a variety of surfaces. Similar to transfers, the heat application allows designs to print on coffee mugs, water bottles, license plates, etc.
